1. Introduction Overview

Welcome to ClickCrafters (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, digital products, and services — including but not limited to automation templates, graphics bundles, design assets, AI prompts, and other digital downloads (“Products”).

By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our Products.

Note: We sell a variety of digital products — from n8n workflows to graphics bundles. These Terms apply to all of them.

2. Digital Products License

All products sold by ClickCrafters are digital downloads (ZIP archives, JSON files, PDF guides, design files, etc.). You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Product for your personal or business purposes.

• ✔ Allowed: Use the Products for your own projects, client work, and internal business needs.
• ✔ Allowed: Modify the Products to fit your specific requirements.
• ✖ Not Allowed: Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the Products as standalone files (even if modified). You may not upload the Products to any marketplace, public repository, or file-sharing platform.
• ✖ Not Allowed: Use the Products for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities.

3. Product Variety Multiple Bundles

ClickCrafters offers a wide range of digital products, including:

• 🤖 Automation Templates: n8n workflows, Zapier alternatives, AI agents.
• 🎨 Graphics Bundles: Social media templates, YouTube thumbnails, logo kits, Instagram stories, banners, and more.
• 📝 AI Prompts: ChatGPT, Midjourney, and other AI tool prompts.
• 📚 E-books & Guides: Digital books, tutorials, and training materials.
• 🛠️ Tools & Resources: Website scripts, plugins, and productivity resources.

Each product is clearly described on our website. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.

4. Payment & Pricing One-Time

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are one-time payments — no subscriptions, no recurring fees.

• Current Price: Varies by product (e.g., n8n bundle at ₹225).
• Discounts: Promotional offers are time-limited. The price at checkout is final.
• Payment Methods: We use Razorpay (or other secure gateways) to process payments. We do not store your card or UPI details.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in INR. International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees.

5. Delivery & Access Instant

After successful payment, you will get immediate access to the Product via:

• Google Drive Link: A direct link to the download folder.
• Email: A confirmation email with the download link (check your spam folder).

If you do not receive the link within 15 minutes of purchase, please contact us at online@clickcrafters.shop.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the Product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we stand by our quality:

• ✔ If the file is corrupted or not working: We will replace it within 24 hours.
• ✔ If you purchased accidentally: We may offer a refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the Product has not been downloaded.
• ✖ No refunds for “change of mind” or “I don’t know how to use it” — each product includes basic instructions.

7. User Responsibility Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your purchase receipt and download links.
• You agree to not share the Google Drive folder or files with anyone who has not purchased the Product.
• You understand that some Products may require third-party software (e.g., n8n, Photoshop, Canva). We are not affiliated with these platforms.
• You are responsible for backing up the files after download. We are not liable for any data loss.

8. Intellectual Property Copyright

All content in our Products — including workflows, design files, AI prompts, guides, and branding — is the intellectual property of ClickCrafters or its licensors.

• You may modify the Products for your own use.
• You may not claim ownership of the original Products.
• You may not use ClickCrafters’ name or logo to endorse your own products without our written consent.

9. Disclaimer No Warranty

• The Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the Products will work with every third-party tool or software.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from the use of the Products.
• You use the Products at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability Legal

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickCrafters and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product in question.

11. Governing Law India

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the Products after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
