1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

📌 Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (after delivery)
  • Personal care items once opened
  • Products without original packaging

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your Order ID and product images
  3. Our team will review your request
  4. If approved, we will guide you with the return process

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via:
    • Bank transfer or UPI
  • Customers must provide accurate payment details

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping
